Criminal, Capital MurderAn innocent man is charged with capital murder of a child in East Texas. The State abandoned attempts to seek the death penalty, and on the day of trial chose to try Mr. Hill on First Degree Felony Injury to a Child. After a two week trial, the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY in less than 4.5 hours.
